Agreement4U is a document preparation and registration-facilitation service operated by NeoAnt Labs Private Limited. Our services may help users prepare information and documents, obtain estimates, coordinate appointments and facilitate steps connected with agreements and registration.

We are not a government authority, court, registrar, bank or government department.

By accessing or using Agreement4U, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information. You must have the legal capacity and authority required to provide the information and to enter into any agreement or transaction for which you use the service.

You must not impersonate another person, submit false documents, misuse another person's identity information, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.

Information, drafts, forms and estimates provided through the service are prepared using information supplied by you and the processes available to us. You are responsible for reviewing your information and the final document before approval, signing or registration.

Government fees, stamp duty, registration fees and other third-party charges may change. Any estimate displayed by Agreement4U is indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.

Agreement4U is an independent private service. Use of the service does not mean that an agreement, identity verification, stamp duty calculation, appointment or registration has been approved by a government authority unless the applicable authority has actually completed or confirmed that step.

You must carefully check names, addresses, property details, identification details, dates, rent, deposits, duration, clauses and other information before confirming or signing a document.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of information supplied by you and for obtaining independent legal advice where appropriate.

Where an account or OTP-based verification is used, you are responsible for keeping access to your email, mobile device and verification credentials secure. Do not share OTPs or authentication links with another person.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized use, abuse or a violation of these terms.

Certain services may require payment of service fees, government charges or third-party charges. Payment processing may be handled by external payment providers and is subject to their applicable terms.

A successful payment does not by itself guarantee government approval, registration, appointment availability or completion of a legal process.

Appointment availability depends on the applicable process, location, authority and available slots. An appointment booking is not itself proof that registration has been completed.

Where doorstep or other assisted services are offered, their scope, availability and requirements may depend on the selected service and applicable operational conditions.

You must not use Agreement4U to:

• commit or facilitate fraud or any unlawful activity;
• submit forged, stolen or misleading information or documents;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
• interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer or exploit the service except as permitted by law; or
• use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Unless otherwise stated, Agreement4U branding, software, website design, text, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to NeoAnt Labs Private Limited. You may use the service and documents supplied to you only for their intended lawful purpose.

Agreement4U may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment, email, identity, hosting and government or appointment systems. Their availability and terms may be outside our control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where necessary for maintenance, security, legal requirements, operational reasons or product changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Agreement4U provides its service on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every draft, estimate, appointment, verification or registration outcome will be accepted by a government authority or third party.

Nothing on the website should be treated as legal, tax or financial advice. Where the circumstances are complex or high-risk, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NeoAnt Labs Private Limited will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a user, third-party service failures, government process changes, appointment unavailability or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, or information/documents supplied by you that infringe another person's rights.

These Terms of Use are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to the service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the relevant matter.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
